Services How We Work Engagement FAQ Contact Talk To Us
Dispatch · HOS · Accounting

Three trucking services, run by one team who picks up the phone.

LoadWaves is a full-service partner for dispatch, hours-of-service compliance, and accounting — real people booking your loads, watching your clocks, and closing your books, not a subscription you're left to run yourself.

  • A dedicated dispatcher instead of a rotating call queue
  • Someone watching HOS compliance by name, not by algorithm alone
  • Books closed and IFTA filed without hiring in-house

Why It's Different

Real people running dispatch, HOS, and your books — not a system you have to learn.

Dispatch, HOS compliance, and accounting stop being three separate vendors, or three separate jobs you're doing yourself.

Without LoadWaves

  • Booking loads and chasing rate confirmations yourself
  • No one watching driver hours until a violation hits
  • Books and IFTA assembled in a scramble every quarter
  • A different vendor for each part of the job

With LoadWaves

  • A dedicated dispatcher booking and confirming your loads
  • HOS watched daily, flagged before it becomes a violation
  • Books closed monthly, IFTA filed on time, every time
  • One team who already knows your trucks and your lanes

Getting Started

Three steps, no long onboarding.

1

Reach Out

Email Brandon, Kayla, or Justin directly — whoever the service is actually about.

2

Walk Through Your Fleet

We go over your lanes, your trucks, and your current setup before anything changes hands.

3

We Take It From Here

Dispatch, HOS monitoring, or accounting starts running within days — no new hardware, nothing for you to learn.

For Fleets & Owner-Operators

One team handling dispatch, compliance, and your books — not three vendors.

Instead of splitting dispatch, HOS monitoring, and accounting across separate vendors — or running all three yourself — Brandon, Kayla, and Justin work your account as one coordinated team.

  • One named point of contact for each part of your operation
  • Dispatch, HOS, and accounting coordinated, not siloed
  • Nothing depends on you remembering to follow up

For Drivers

A real person picks up when you have a question.

A rate confirmation, an hours-of-service question, a fuel receipt — whatever it is, it reaches an actual person who already knows your account, not a call center reading from a script.

  • No app to install to get an answer
  • The same person handles your account every time
  • A direct line to whoever actually owns the answer

How We Work

Dispatch, HOS, and accounting — run off one coordinated account view, by us.

Behind the scenes, Brandon, Kayla, and Justin work off a shared view of your account, so nothing waits on one of them remembering to loop the others in.

How Engagements Work

Scoped to your fleet, not a published rate card.

Questions

Before you reach out

Do drivers need to install a new app?

No. Drivers can reach Brandon, Kayla, or Justin directly by phone or email — there's no app or portal to set up on your end or theirs.

Do I need to figure out who handles what myself?+

No — each part of your operation already has an owner. Load and lane questions go to Brandon, hours-of-service questions go to Kayla, and paperwork goes to Justin.

Do I have to replace my current ELD or dispatch software?+

No. LoadWaves works alongside whatever ELD or dispatch software you're already running — we're a service team, not a hardware or software swap.

Can I use LoadWaves for just one of the three services?+

Yes — see "Compliance & Books Only" above. Kayla and Justin can run HOS monitoring and accounting on their own if you're already dispatching in-house.

Is there a minimum fleet size to get started?+

No. We work with single-truck owner-operators through fleets well past fifty trucks — the engagement is scoped to your operation, not a fixed tier.
